Love the case, but I did not read other reviews of the product. If I had, I would have realized that even though there is a picture of a lighter and a cutter in the advertisement, and it is stated it is included, they are not. So stop making people think that they are getting those items! Very nice case though.

FIRST OF ALL THE PRODUCT IS NOT ADVERTISED AS THE LIGHTER AND CUTTER BEING ACCESSORIES. SECOND WHY IS THE PRODUCT INITIALLY BEING ADVERTISED AS COMING WITH THE LIGHTER AND CUTTER INITIALLY. IT SHOULD HAVE TWO SEPARATE LISTINGS AS ONE WITH THE ADDITIONAL ITEMS AND ONE WITHOUT. I KNOW ONE OTHER PERSON THAT BOUGHT THE PRODUCT AND HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE. THE COMPANY SHOULD DO A BETTER JOB WITH TRANSPERANCY.

I purchased this cigar case for my husband because this is a case that was suggested to him by another customer. I love the case, it’s excellent quality, leather feels buttery soft and the case is sturdy and seems like it will last for a long time. My husband loved the case a well, but we were both disappointed that none of the accessories advertised in the picture and description were in the case. I was more disappointed because it was my gift to him and if I had known that the accessories weren’t included I would’ve purchased them as well, because he really wanted the lighter. You guys really shouldn’t advertise the accessories if you aren’t going to include them.
